Embarrass River Basin Agency (ERBA) Head Start is a childcare facility that supervises and cares for children that are too young to attend school or school-aged children that require before or after school care. The United States Department of Health and Human Services is responsible over the Head Start program which “provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and parent involvement services to low-income children and families.” Daycare services support parents and guardians by providing care during unavoidable absences from the children.
