Description
Asthma is a common illness that affects a variety of people. With the commonality of asthma, there can be complications with the uninsured or under-insured gaining access to proper medications to alleviate and manage their symptoms. Also, there are many who constantly suffer the effects the asthma due to their environmental conditions that wrestle with the effectiveness of the medication. Luckily, I am insured and my costs of contribution to prescribed medications are zero dollars, but how does those not as ‘lucky’ deal with this same condition? Is there enough education regarding home care for this condition? In what ways can we aid in providing awareness and resources for this common illness?
