Abstract
This art piece by Erin Smith was a winner of the 2014 Awards for Excellence in Student Research. The piece uses Tootsie pop wrappers to create a portrait of Eastern Illinois President William Perry, depicting him wearing his traditional blue "fright wig" during EIU football games.
