When the Beet Was Born by Bob Hillman was another Honorable Mention in the Children's Book Theme category (and could have gone under Funniest Pun as well!). Mr. Hillman won the Dean's Choice Silver Medal in 2013 (along with Marlene Slough) for Mrs. Dilloway.
