Senior dietetic students through the School of Family and Consumer Sciences will demonstrate the importance of nutrition and explore the tastes of Greek cuisine. This exhibit, “Olive Oil- A Mediterranean Staple,” explores the importance of olive oil in the ancient Greek diet.
