EIU’s university’s campus wide research conference was inaugurated as Showcase EIU in 2009. Since then it has evolved, and is now organized by the Honors College and the Undergraduate Research Task Force, a campus wide faculty group. We celebrate the achievement of students who take their work beyond the regular classroom to excel and explore through research, practice, and creative work. Their learning creates knowledge and art, and helps others.
