The availability of oil to terrorist organizations alloWs them to have an independent source of income. This will aid them in recruitment and the procurement of armaments. I hypothesize that the knock-on attects of this h ack- market o1 income will allow terrorist organizations to recruit more ettectively and be more indebendent in their attacks.
