2025 Awards for Excellence in Student Research and Creative Activity - Videos

 

The 2025 Awards for Excellence were held in Booth Library on April 10, 2025.

Award Winners are:

Graduate Division

  • 1st Place: Rebecca Aba Gaisie for How can the adoption of biodegradable packaging in the beverage industry specifically contribute to reducing single-use plastic waste, and what regulatory or cost-related challenges hinder its widespread implementation in developing countries?
  • 2nd Place: Ozioma Esther Onuselogu for One Health Initiative on Tackling Chagas Disease

Undergraduate Division

  • 1st Place: Megan Fox for A Woman Scorned: Medea in the Last Century
  • 2nd Place: Katie Douglas for A Spiritual Renewal for Italian Immigrants
  • 3rd Place: Killeen Reidy for Magical Differences as Textual Coding for Neuroqueerness
  • Honorable Mention: Anthony Aya for Photocatalytic C-N Cross-Coupling by Ni/BODPIY Systems
