The Daily Eastern News (DEN)
The Daily Eastern News (DEN) is produced by the students of Eastern Illinois University. It is currently published daily online, with a weekly print edition.
Originally the DEN was published daily Monday through Friday in Charleston, Ill. during fall and spring semesters and occasionally during the summer.
The Daily Eastern News won first place in newspaper overall excellence and companion website overall excellence in the 2017 Society for Collegiate Journalists competition.
