Rededication Ceremony
A rededication ceremony featuring national speakers, live music, building tours, storytellers and more was held at Booth Library on September 18, 2002. This ceremony officially rededicated the newly renovated library, symbolically marking the end of the renovation period.
The library opened to the public on February 14, following a ribbon cutting ceremony and unveiling of Miss Booth's portrait. The library is named for Mary Josephine Booth, who served as University Librarian for over 40 years.
