President Quincy V. Doudna (right) being presented with a portrait of former journalism professor and Eastern News advisor, Franklyn L. Andrews, by his widow Lucile C. Andrews at a recognition dinner preceding the Andrews Hall building dedication. At left in photo is Royal A. Stipes Jr. (See The Eastern Alumnus, Volume XVIII, No. 2, Fall 1964, page 11.) Mrs. Andrews donated the portrait to be hung in the Andrews Music Listening Room of Booth Library.
